Thank you for shopping with Living Things. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website www.livingthingsworld.com.


Important Note About Live Plants

Due to international plant health regulations, we currently ship live plants only within Spain.
Orders containing live plants cannot be shipped to other countries.

Non-living plant products (such as preserved moss, decorative terrariums, glass containers, and plant accessories) can be shipped internationally as standard merchandise.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship from Barcelona, Spain.

  • Live plants: shipped within Spain only
  • Non-living products: shipped within Spain, the EU, and internationally

Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days (non-living products only)
  • Outside the EU: 7–20 business days (non-living products only)

Delays may occur due to customs, postal service disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your destination).


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at livingthingsworld@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you.


Delays and Liability

Living Things is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather, global logistics issues).
Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.


Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at livingthingsworld@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
