Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to change an item, please return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
👉 Please note: In accordance with EU law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the 14-day cooling-off right, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Refunds will always be issued no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof of return.
